Job summary

Harris Computer seeks an order operations coordinator to support add-on orders, quotes, invoicing, and SKU management for our Arizona customers. You will track orders, add product serial numbers, and maintain records across multiple systems while coordinating with internal teams.

This interim remote role runs mid‑November to mid‑February, requires Arizona residency and MST hours, and offers $18/hour with a collaborative culture within Constellation Software Inc.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and customers.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product SKUs
• Generate and send customer quotes for add-on orders
• Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers
• Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer specific databases
• Assist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and ordering
• Support existing customer renewals
• Assist with subscription plan changes for existing customers
• Process customer one-time invoices
• Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as needed
• Maintain accurate records across relevant systems throughout all the above
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution
