Job summary

Brooks is seeking a Temporary Recruiter in Seattle to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions for a 6-month assignment. You will partner with clients, leverage social media and ATS tools, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with Brooks values.

You will build talent pipelines, conduct in-depth interviews, and coach hiring managers on behavioral interviewing while driving data-informed hiring practices to meet business needs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years’ full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions; 2+ years corporate full-cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to partner internally with HR Partners, HR Operations, Finance and hiring teams.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques using social media (LinkedIn, X, job boards, etc.).
• Advanced experience in ATS systems usage, including candidate search, assessments and reporting.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, problem solving and facilitation skills.
• Analytical skills and reporting strongly desired.
• Embraces and lives the Brooks values.

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Recruiting - effectively recruit qualified candidates using new and creative recruiting methods, sources, advertising and events.
• Develop, implement and refine recruiting strategies across multiple disciplines and levels to attract top talent with diverse hiring practices.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that represents Brooks' values and culture through interview scheduling and communication.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Work with HR Partners to innovate our recruiting service model and ensure excellent support.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates; conduct in-depth interviews and assess fit.
• Coach hiring managers on behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
• Use data and market expertise to educate hiring managers on talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with HR Operations on actions to address pay gaps.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure successful searches.
• Other responsibilities as required.
