  • Manage candidate pipelines, conduct outreach via Aircall, and confirm qualifications and interest.
  • Schedule interviews and executive meetings with precision and timeliness.
  • Prepare validated records for leadership reviews and maintain pipeline momentum.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and error‑free execution.
  • Support immigration requirements by securing work permits and visas for international hires.
  • Maintain and update departmental SOPs, HR calendars, and recruitment systems for operational excellence.
Who You Are
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
  • Experienced with ATS platforms and understands Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport with candidates and collaborates effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight timelines.
  • Familiar with recruiting processes, compliance standards, and employment policies.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
Why Brooks
  • Clear career progression: advance from Coordinator to Corporate Recruiter to Senior Recruiter, Talent Manager, or cross‑functional leadership roles.
  • Competitive base salary paid bi‑weekly.
  • Quarterly performance reviews with recruiter‑specific KPIs and advancement opportunities.
  • Professional development platform with ongoing training, video tutorials, and shadowing sessions.
  • Join a team that rewards results and builds future talent acquisition leaders.
  • This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, comprehensive benefit package including employer‑funded health, vision and dental benefits, life insurance, 401(k) savings plan, and paid time off.
