Job summary

OLLY is seeking a Project Manager to own and drive commercialization of new products and optimize the current portfolio. Reporting to the Project Management Director, this 7-month role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting cost and quality metrics for rapid business expansion.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive stage-gate decisions, and manage scope and risks with operations and partners, all while maintaining strong communication across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management or new product innovation at a CPG company.
• Proven experience leading and managing project teams in a highly collaborative and fast-paced business environment
• In depth knowledge of Project Management fundamentals and best practices
• Dynamic problem solver - comfortable challenging assumptions and offering solutions with incomplete information
• Transparent, open communicator - great listener who can read between the lines
• Ability to balance competing interests and ensure all objectives across multiple projects are met in a timely manner
• Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
• Great technical prowess - Excel and other MS Office products, expertise with Gantt Charts and either Wrike or similar project management software tools

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and commercialize products on-time and on-budget
• Create integrated project plans across Product Development, Operations, Creative, Marketing and Sales
• Conduct ad hoc financial/scenario analysis to support launches
• Lead stage gate presentations with Leadership Team for go/no-go decisions
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and transitions with Operations
• Interface with internal and external partners to identify and mitigate risks
• Coordinate BOM setup with master data manager for launches
