Job summary

OLLY, a fast-growing VMS Co‑Op brand, seeks a Senior Innovation Manager to steer the innovation strategy and deliver growth across health, wellness and beauty. You will own the innovation funnel, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive disruptive products from concept to market while aligning with the VP of Brand Strategy & Innovation.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of brand experience in innovation and strategy within the CPG industry.
• Proven experience creating new markets and launching disruptive innovation year on year.
• Strong collaboration across functions and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with syndicated data such as IRI Unify.
• MBA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the innovation strategy by launching a disruptive innovation funnel 2027–2030+ across big bets & baseline extensions.
• Manage the pipeline of projects, move projects through stage gates, commercialize and launch the innovations year on year for national and custom retail partners.
• Deliver innovation that sticks—identify, explore, and drive white-space innovation in partnership with the VP and cross-functional teams.
• Input into the Innovation Strategy as a core team member.
• Help create innovation and category stories for strategic customers across brick‑and‑mortar and e‑commerce.
• Partner with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Insights & Finance & e‑Com to create innovations that deliver on all business goals.
• Influence the broader Brand team on long‑term brand & innovation strategy and identify key growth accelerators.
• Contribute to our culture and make life at Camp OLLY better for us all.
