Job summary

OLLY is seeking an Innovation Brand Manager - Disruptive Growth to accelerate future growth. You’ll identify consumer problems, launch new products and formats, and build scalable growth platforms, operating with a startup mindset inside a high-growth organization.

You will lead an evidence-based innovation pipeline, partner across R&D, Brand, Commercial, Operations and Finance, and report to the VP of Brand Strategy & Innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in innovation, venture building, product development, strategy, design thinking, or new business creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority innovation concepts from idea through validation and launch readiness.
• Build the future by anticipating culture, technology, and consumer trends.
• Lead rapid experimentation from insight to concept and consumer validation.
• Build new growth platforms by exploring formats, technologies, ingredients, services and business models.
• Establish a robust pipeline of test & learn opportunities with measurable consumer insights.
