Job summary

Rockline Industries seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional commercialization projects from concept to launch. You will partner with Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement and Sales to manage timelines, budgets, product launches, site transitions and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative and solution-oriented, able to drive multiple projects forward while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of project management experience, or 4 years of relevant professional experience including 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional commercialization projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate product specifications, manufacturing trials, site transitions, artwork approvals, and product claims processes.
• Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges.
• Facilitate supplier transitions, evaluate project outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
