Job summary

Qualifications

• Food science or culinary education required.

• Knowledge of operation of food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product development of plant-based foods and beverages.
• Scale up and commercialize ingredients and finished products.
• Develop SOPs and research processing techniques.
• Conduct quality testing and shelf life studies on samples.
• Maintain batch records and assist with pilot plant trials.
• Ensure pilot plant equipment is cleaned and sanitized.
