NC State University in Kannapolis, NC is seeking a Temporary NCFIL Intern to assist in product development of plant-based beverages, meat substitutes, bakery and confections. Assist in product development of plant-based beverages, meat substitutes, bakery and confections; scale up and product commercialization of both food & beverage ingredients and finished products; develop standard operating procedures, research current and future processing techniques, perform quality testing and shelf life studies on food samples, assist in ordering and stocking ingredients, generate and fill out batch records, assist in pilot plant trials, regularly clean and sanitize pilot plant equipment, develop product specifications for food samples, participate in client visits; assist in photography and videography sessions, adhere to cGMP.
