The University of Chicago is seeking a Temporary Partnerships Coordinator for the CQE Industry Partnerships program. The role involves on-site support for company visits, coordination of meetings, events, and CRM updates, and collaboration with CQE researchers to align partnerships with areas of interest.

Responsibilities include planning meetings, coordinating logistics, and assisting with flagship events such as the Chicago Quantum Summit.

Formación

• Education: Undergraduate coursework in science, technology, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, site visits, and events.
• Interacting with high-level visitors and faculty; ability to track follow-up actions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site logistical support for company visits to Chicago; greet visitors and guide them between meetings.
• Assist planning, food orders, security, room reservations and AV coordination.
• Attend planning meetings; support CQE partners at flagship events and update CRM data for accuracy.
• Research prospective partners and document interactions for future reference; support introductory meetings.
