Job summary

The 2027 SESSION Assistant Page Coordinator position with the House of Delegates is a temporary assignment for the January–February 2027 session, located in the General Assembly Building in downtown Richmond, VA. You will join a small team handling the flow of daily Page assignments and coordinating with Delegates and Clerks during the 7–9 week program for youth from across the Commonwealth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents and understanding teen issues.
• Ability to mentor, provide feedback, and communicate effectively.
• Discretion with sensitive or confidential information.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• General understanding of the Virginia General Assembly and the Page Program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignments for the House Page class with staff and delegates.
• Support the 7–9 week Page Program for 13–14-year-old students during the session.
