Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent and minimum of 2 years of consumer loan processing or equivalent loan work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and partners.
• Knowledge of Consumer Lending policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with members and partners to provide quality service.
• Identifies opportunities to deepen member relationships by promoting products.
• Analyzes and validates documentation to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
• Interprets approvals and conditions and ensures requirements are met.
• Monitors loan queues and supports department processes and campaigns.
