Job summary

MidFirst Bank in Oklahoma is seeking a Consumer Loan Associate for a temporary project to process loan transactions, perform system maintenance, and support the consumer servicing team.

Responsibilities include loan booking, auditing loans, loan maintenance, funding for real estate transactions, payoff letters, escrow analysis, and timely payment application, with a typical schedule 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment performing detailed processing tasks.
• Efficient organizational and time management skills.
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Good PC skills, including creating and updating spreadsheets and databases, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Process loan transactions and perform system maintenance.
• Assist the team and support consumer servicing functions.
• Loan booking, audit loans booked, loan maintenance, and funding for real estate transactions.
• Produce payoff letters, perform escrow analysis, and create/monitor reports.
• Ensure timely payment application and collaborate with business partners to deliver service.

Job description

The Consumer Loan Associate temporary project will process loan transactions and perform system maintenance. Will assist the team and work the consumer servicing functions including but not limited to loan booking, audit loans booked, perform loan maintenance, loan funding for real estate transactions, produce payoff letters, perform and review escrow analysis, creating and monitoring reports, ensure timely payment application and working closely with all business partners to ensure exceptional service is delivered to our customers.

The typical schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with possible overtime.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in an office environment performing detailed processing tasks
• Efficient organizational and time management skills
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Good PC skills, including creating and updating spreadsheets and databases, and word processing

**Knowledge of banking and loan processes/documentation is preferred, but not required.
