Job summary

Alegeus is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant (20 hrs a week) to join our Maitland, FL team. You will help maintain a welcoming, organized workplace and support office operations, vendors, and onboarding experiences.

You will also coordinate meetings, logistics, and events to create engaging onsite experiences, while assisting with daily mail, supplies, and engagement activities. As part of our culture, you will contribute to a collaborative environment and help ensure smooth day-to-day

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience: Previous administrative, office support, or customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a polished, organized office environment and support daily operations.
• Be the onsite go-to for vendors, deliveries, and facilities requests.
• Coordinate meetings and events, prepare spaces, and support onsite experiences.
• Greet visitors, assist with onboarding of new hires, and support mail & supplies coordination.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, office events, and recognition efforts.

• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Location: You will be in our Maitland, FL Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 1PM ET.
