This role offers a pay rate of $28-35 per hour, based on experience, with a commitment of one month, Monday to Friday, in New York City.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on experience coordinating corporate or medical industry events.
• Experience planning an event from start to finish.
• Comfortable using event tech platforms like WHOVA or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics across all aspects of the event.
• Lead attendee outreach and registration efforts.
• Manage speaker arrangements for a global lineup of 30 presenters.
• Ensure smooth on-site execution with support from a 10+ person team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and speakers.
