Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to keep our community running smoothly, delivering maintenance and custodial services across shared spaces and apartments. You’ll build strong connections with residents, vendors, and teammates in a service‑driven environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands‑on maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license to operate a community shuttle.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of hands-on maintenance and custodial experience in hospitality, multifamily, or senior living.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to drive a community shuttle bus.
• High school diploma or GED; basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with flexibility for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve resident maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs).
• Execute apartment turnovers with timely paint touch-ups and carpet cleaning.
• Perform quarterly HVAC filter changes in all units.
• Complete monthly safety inspections for fire and emergency systems.
• Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate service for vendors.
