Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Community Maintenance & Transportation Associate to keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming. You\'ll transport residents, assist the maintenance team, and help prepare units for move-ins.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a community setting, with potential travel to other TAM Residential locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• No prior maintenance experience required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided shuttle to transport residents to local destinations.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including offices, laundry facilities, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, and sidewalks.
• Ensure exterior walkways and stairs are hazard-free; maintain storage/maintenance areas and proper chemical storage.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments by light cleaning and debris removal; travel to other communities if required.
• Adhere to TAM Residential safety standards and report safety concerns to supervisors.
