The role supports routine repairs, safety checks, and upkeep of luxury living spaces, with responsibilities spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, painting, landscape, and after-hours incident response on rotation.

You will learn from experienced maintenance leaders, contribute to curb-appeal efforts, and help keep apartments safe, functional, and inviting for residents.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with comfort using standard tools and mobile tech.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC support) and safety checks.
• Support projects, painting, landscaping, and curb-appeal upkeep.
• Turn apartments efficiently and assist with urgent after-hours issues on rotation.
