Revel Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our luxury senior living communities safe, functional and beautiful. You will perform routine repairs, assist with painting and landscaping, and help turn apartments efficiently while covering urgent after-hours issues on a rotation basis.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, reliability and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with tools and mobile tech.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support) and safety checks.
• Support projects, painting, landscaping, and curb-appeal upkeep.
• Turn apartments efficiently and assist with urgent after-hours issues on rotation.
