Job summary

Revel Communities in Palm Desert, CA seeks a Maintenance Assistant for a temporary assignment (Nov–Jan). You will handle routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support), safety checks, and assist with projects to keep our luxury community safe, functional, and attractive.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with Sunday availability when needed. You will turn apartments efficiently and help with after-hours issues on rotation, gaining hands-on experience with seasoned

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience (senior living, hospitality, or property management) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with tools and mobile tech.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities
