You will handle routine repairs and support ongoing projects, collaborating with experienced maintenance leaders to deliver high standards for residents.

Candidates should have prior maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Prior maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with tools and mobile tech.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support) and safety checks.
• Support projects, painting, landscaping, and curb-appeal upkeep.
• Turn apartments efficiently and assist with urgent after-hours issues on rotation.
