Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Support Associate helps deliver our brand experience at the store level, greeting clients, processing transactions at the POS, and keeping the sales floor organized to support smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, strong English, and comfort with cash handling and basic tech devices. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash registers, POS devices, and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and anticipate needs.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add‑on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
