The Sales Associate role in Minnesota’s Albertville store focuses on delivering an elevated, personal shopping experience while meeting sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

You will engage with customers, provide fashion guidance, and utilize in-store and digital tools to capture data, build relationships, and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; fashion knowledge helpful.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and daily store operations.
