Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury retail team in Costa Mesa. You will warmly greet clients, assist with their needs, and drive a superior shopping experience at the cash wrap and on the floor.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, stocking, merchandising updates, and collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth flow from receipt to sale. Strong English, fashion awareness, and customer service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, ideally in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer use (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
