Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate in Torrance, CA. You will warmly welcome clients, process transactions at the POS, and help maintain an organized stockroom and sales floor.

You will support stock shipments, merchandising, and customer data collection while upholding brand standards. The role requires 1+ year in retail, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience preferred; education/experience combination considered
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Knowledge of cash registers, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), POS, walkie talkie, price/product sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
