Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate to ensure a smooth store operation and exceptional customer service. You will engage with clients at the cash wrap, maintain an organized sales floor, and help move products from receipt to the point of sale.

You will support stock management, merchandising, and daily store tasks while upholding brand standards and loss prevention practices. A retail background and strong English communication are preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail or cashier experience; willingness to learn and adapt.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer skills, and POS tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement where appropriate.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
