Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to store success in New York. The role centers on welcoming clients, assisting with purchases at the POS, and maintaining an organized stockroom and sales floor.

You will support shipments, merchandising updates, and daily operations while upholding brand standards. The position requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience or equivalent; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with cash handling and basic computer tools (iPad, POS).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
