Job summary

Ferragamo USA Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Temporary Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and cultivate emotionally connected luxury client relationships.

You will drive sales through personal connections, knowledge of products, and CRM initiatives, creating hand-crafted experiences for each client to maximize loyalty and performance. Responsibilities include leading on the selling floor, maintaining stock areas, promoting cross-selling, and capturing client data for ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high-end customer service in luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of luxury clients’ desires and expectations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to engage clients.
• Proficient with CRM tools and inventory systems.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the selling floor to drive sales and team objectives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Maintain stock in designated selling and stock areas.
• Transform client experiences into memorable moments.
