Valparaiso University is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide excellent service to library patrons. Responsibilities include assisting with library services, supporting programming efforts, and maintaining effective customer relations.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree, relevant customer service experience, and strong communication skills. The role is temporary with flexible working hours.

Formación

• Two years library experience or customer service experience required.
• Two years experience in presenting, facilitating programming, or instructing mandatory.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer service to diverse customers.

• Support Librarians in planning and delivering programs.
