Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in Spring, TX on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with onboarding, employment verifications, I-9 processing, and employee records, while coordinating recruiting activities and supporting HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in HR, business, psychology, communications, or related field.
• Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, or office experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration & Employee Support: onboarding, employment verifications, and employee document management.
• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support: coordinate interviews, review resumes, and assist with postings.
• Projects & Process Improvement: participate in HR initiatives, policy updates, and HR communications.
