Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Museum Studies, Art History, Library Science, Arts Administration, Hospitality, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Two years of experience in customer service, front desk operations, visitor services, hospitality, or related public-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Gallery of Iconic Guitars and the Frederick Hart Studio Museum.
• Provide visitor services, data management, and assist with events as assigned.
• Supervise student docents and assist with special projects and events.
