Lifehouse Inc. seeks a meticulous Temporary Events Coordinator to support our Development Team in planning and executing our annual fundraising event. This on-site role coordinates restaurants, vendors, permits, and logistics to ensure a successful fundraiser.

The position runs through March 2027 and offers compensation of $32.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience. Ideal candidates bring event/hospitality or nonprofit admin experience, strong organization, and excellent communication skills,

• Experience coordinating events, vendors, hospitality, or similar projects.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communication with restaurants, vendors and event partners.
• Maintain event-related docs, permits and licenses, and deadlines.
• Plan logistics including equipment, signage, floor plans, and vendor placement.
• Support sponsorship activities and on-site event coordination.
