Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, nonprofit, or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with restaurants, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain and track event documentation, permits, licenses, and deadlines.
• Coordinate event logistics, including equipment, signage, and vendor placement.
• Assist with sponsorships and other administrative activities.
• Collaborate with Development Team to keep event details on track.
• Support on-site setup and resolve logistics issues during the event.
