Job summary

Lifehouse is seeking an organized, people-focused Program Coordinator to support our Director of Programs and Operations, Marin SLS team, and Quality Assurance. This full-time, in-person role covers intake, documentation, and office operations.

You will maintain ISP records, program databases, and tracking systems, coordinate QA activities and audits, and organize meetings and program materials to ensure timely, accurate records. California travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in program coordination or administrative support
• Bachelor's degree preferred; nonprofit or human services experience a plus
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe

Responsibilities

• Support intake process, including gathering information, conducting interviews, and preparing assessments
• Provide administrative and program support to leadership and Marin SLS team
• Maintain ISP records, program databases, tracking systems, and documentation
• Coordinate and track required program documentation, ensuring records are complete and timely
• Support Quality Assurance activities, training records, and audit preparation
• Coordinate meetings, communications, events, and program materials
