Recovery Innovations is seeking a PRN Customer Service Specialist to serve as the front desk for the Crisis - Recovery Response Center in Peoria, AZ. You will handle receptionist duties, data entry, and routine clerical tasks while supporting compliance and patient confidentiality.

This role requires strong computer and communication skills, a minimum of one year of clerical experience, and the ability to work two 12-hour shifts per month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clerical or office experience.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with high accuracy; team oriented.
• Ability to pass de-escalation training; state requirements.
• Must be 18+; travel may be required; HIPAA confidentiality.
• Background checks and screenings as required.

Responsabilités

• Answer telephones and log caller data; greet program visitors.
• Register participants and input data into computer.
• Assist Billing/audit data; stay updated on regulations.
• Maintain office equipment; manage petty cash.
• Perform clerical tasks: typing, filing, copying, faxing.
• Keep confidential organized filing system; maintain neat reception.
• Order and stock office supplies; support other duties.
