You will handle calls, appointments, and patient check-ins with a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced medical environment.

This temporary assignment runs from mid-October through mid-February.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Check patients in and assist with front-desk registration.
• Collect patient copays, balances, and other amounts owed.
• Obtain referrals, prescriptions, orders from physician offices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide courteous service.
• Support the other receptionist and handle front-desk duties as needed.
