Fairfield Residential is seeking a Temporary Floating Community Leasing Associate to cover two Seattle-area communities, Ballinger Court and Alderwood Court Senior Affordable Apartments. You’ll blend sales, service, and marketing to lease units and deliver outstanding resident experiences across Edmonds and Lynwood locations.

The role is temporary, full-time, approximately three to six months, with assignments shifting between Ballinger Court (Edmonds) and Alderwood Court (Lynwood).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

About the Role

As a Temporary Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities in the Seattle, WA region. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success. This temporary, full-time position is expected to last approximately three to six months and is subject to change based on business needs. The schedule for this role will be primarily split between two communities: Ballinger Court Senior Affordable Apartments in Edmonds, WA (94 Units) and Alderwood Court Senior Affordable Apartments in Lynwood, WA (130 Units). Community assignments may change based on business needs throughout the Seattle, WA region.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Sales

Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents. Showcase community features and close leases. Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.

Operations

Manage lease files and system updates. Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Marketing

Update social media and execute marketing tasks. Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.

Estimated Rate of Pay

$20.23 - $26.30. This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements: Paid time off, paid holidays and sick days, paid time off for volunteering activities (optional) Matched 401(k) Medical, dental & vision insurance Flexible spending account Life insurance * Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
