Role requires 1-2 years leasing experience, with preference for Lease-Up and Yardi CRM familiarity. Schedule includes varied days; strong communication and market awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience required.
• Lease-Up experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing to achieve occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
• Assist with credit checks and move-in packages and ensure smooth lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implement programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Use on-site management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
