Qualifications

• Relevant business education or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a related role.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, shipments, and inquiries.
• Manage order entry, maintenance, confirmations, and customer requests in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support cross-functional teams to maintain service levels during the transformation.
