Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dynamic Customer Care Representative for a manufacturing and packaging company in the Willis area. This temporary 6-8 week project offers Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

You will process orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry and timely updates. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Outlook and Teams; experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order processing, with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial customers is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook and Teams; ERP/CRM familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and provide timely order updates
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
• Work with internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems
• Assist with quotes, order tracking, billing inquiries, and general account support
• Resolve customer concerns while providing outstanding service
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order activity
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environment
