Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

• Recruiting experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Reliability and consistency are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruiting Manager with daily hiring needs.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Source candidates via job postings, email outreach, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Assist with skill matching to fit client roles.
• Complete data entry and maintain candidate records.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and E-Verify.
• Ensure onboarding and hiring requirements are completed.
