You will operate cranes under supervision, perform routine inspections, and assist with crane setup and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency on site. The role requires NCCCO crane operator certification, experience with safety standards (OSHA/ANSI), and the ability to follow directions and communicate clearly with team.

Qualifications

• NCCCO crane operator certification for size/type of crane operating.
• Crane operator qualifications on all sizes/types of cranes operating.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI standards for crane and rigging services.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Able to take direction from supervision and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• OPERATING CRANE UNDER COMPLETE CONTROL under supervision.
• INSPECTING THE CRANE AND ALL OF ITS COMPONENTS and below the hook lifting devices regularly to ensure safety.
• PERFORMING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE and carrying tools for repairs.
• DIRECTING truck drivers and crane helpers during assembly/disassembly, crane setup, and scope of work.
• MENTORING other crane operators and helpers.
