Job summary

Trulieve in the Tampa/Clearwater area is seeking a Temporary Corporate Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of recruiting across functions. You will develop sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hires.

The role is a 6-month assignment with remote options and a hybrid schedule. A strong track record in recruiting, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Corporate Recruitment experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong experience with an ATS.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Excellent MS Office and presentation skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to collect and interpret data-based measurements to show recruitment effectiveness.
• Excellent database management and record keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, assessment, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance.
• Develop interview processes with hiring managers to ensure quality hires.
• Manage a wide range of requisitions across departments.
• Create innovative strategies for finding top talent.
• Research, analyze, and leverage data to inform recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future opportunities.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and implement improved processes.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and oversee engagement.
• Meet weekly with hiring managers to review pipeline and adjust as needed.
• Provide transparent reporting on recruiting metrics.
• Assist with hourly Retail & Production recruiting as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
