Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions
• Background recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments preferred
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas)
• Highly motivated, confident and high-energy
• Self-starter with deadline-driven results
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Organized with timely follow-up
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews via email, phone, and ATS tools
• Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation
• Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking system
• Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process
• Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement
• Represent Trulieve at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen employer branding
• Support additional recruiting efforts and special projects as necessary
