Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Temporary Corporate Recruiter for 6 months to drive full lifecycle recruitment across functions, from sourcing to closing. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with Hiring Managers, and a robust candidate pipeline in a hybrid Tampa/Clearwater environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong ATS background, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires while adapting to fast-paced industry needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Corporate Recruitment experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience with an ATS.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate recruitment effectiveness.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must identify and resolve problems promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, assessment, offers.
• Develop interview processes with Hiring Managers to ensure quality hires.
• Handle a wide range of requisitions across multiple functions.
• Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Analyze data to tell a recruitment story and guide strategy.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage Engagement.
• Meet weekly with Hiring Managers to review pipeline and adjust as needed.
• Provide transparent reporting on recruiting metrics.
• Assist with hourly Retail & Production recruiting as needed.
