Job summary

VXI is hiring a Contact Center Recruiter to manage the candidate experience for hourly call center roles. This temporary position lasts at least 6 months and covers full-cycle recruiting, from screening to offers, ensuring a positive and productive candidate journey.

The role requires sourcing, interviewing, testing, and employment branding to meet high-volume demands while maintaining compliance with client agreements and legal requirements. This onsite position supports Georgia operations.

• Surf employment boards and industry websites to scout talent
• Use Workday to maintain candidate pipeline
• Schedule candidates for onsite assessments and interviews
• Facilitate pre-employment testing
• Conduct initial face-to-face interviews at company HQ
• Recommend best-fit candidates for next interview rounds
• Communicate status to candidates professionally
• Perform reference and background checks; handle candidate relations
• Draft offer letters
• Develop new candidate outreach strategies
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations
• Daily updates to reporting lines
• Perform other duties as required

The Contact Center Recruiter is the first point of contact for all prospective hourly employees, responsible for managing the candidate experience to fill the high-volume demands of the business. This involves full cycle recruiting including screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, employment branding, benefit, and culture questions, and follow through after the candidate is hired. In this role, s/he will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates who have applied for our hourly call center representative roles ensuring that the candidate experience is positive and productive.

Please note this is a temporary role intended to last a minimum of 6 months.

Role and Responsibilities

• Avoid legal challenges by maintaining compliance with client service agreements and legal requirements.
• Review résumés; screen and select viable candidates
• Surf employment boards and industry websites to scout talent
• Use database to maintain candidate pipeline (Workday)
• Schedule candidates for onsite assessments and interview ensuring set goals are met
• Facilitate any pre-employment testing required
• Conduct initial face-to-face interview at company corporate headquarters
• Recommend best fit candidates for available positions (to next rounds of interview if applicable)
• Communicate status to candidates in a professional and consistent manner
• Conduct reference checks, background checks and handle all candidate relations
• Draft offer letters for candidates
• Continuously develop new ways of reaching candidates and networking
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of non-Exempt-Talent Recruitment experience required
• High Volume Recruitment experience required (Contact Center preferred)
• Outstanding track record in attendance and work performance metrics
