Coast Property Management is seeking a temporary Community Manager in Shoreline, WA. The role oversees leasing, on-site operations, and resident services during a transitional period.

You will lead leasing and maintenance teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with regional leadership to maintain smooth community operations. The ideal candidate has prior property management experience, strong customer service, and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to create a welcoming

Qualifications

• College education preferred; experience will be taken into consideration above education.
• Prior clerical/administrative experience and proficiency with office computers and software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing team, maintenance team, and on-site contract workers.
• Ensure compliance with Washington State Residential Landlord & Tenant Act.
• Review rental applications and lease agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure buildings meet government and environmental regulations.
• Provide recommendations for repairs, replacements, and improvements.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Schedule on-call personnel and supervise emergencies.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA standards.
• Suggest improvements to marketing and leasing programs.
• Manage accounting records including payroll, invoices, and rent delinquencies.
