Responsibilities

• Receive and/or make customer calls, faxes, or emails and respond to claims-related inquiries about the status of particular claims.
• Key data into claims system upon first notice of loss.
• Complete tasks assigned by the claim adjusters and managers in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
