Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking an experienced Claims Customer Support Representative for a contract role in Greenville, SC. You will assist adjusters and managers with claims processing, handling inquiries by phone, fax, or email, and entering data into the claims system on first notice of loss.

The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years in a customer service position, with strong communication and computer skills. Bilingualism is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
• Strong telephone, typing, and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding claims via phone, fax, or email.
• Enter key data into the claims system upon first notice of loss.
• Support claims adjusters and managers by completing assigned tasks.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
