Work Schedule: Hybrid, in office Wednesdays and Thursdays, remote the rest of the week. Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 to 40 hours per week

The organization is part of a larger international network of agricultural research centers and maintains staff across multiple global regions. The workplace culture is international and multicultural, with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of two in office days per week.
Our client's HR team is looking for a Temporary Benefits Coordinator to provide support through their upcoming open enrollment period and through the remainder of the year. This person will sit within the Benefits function of HR and work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Manager and HR Director. The team operates in a fast paced, collaborative, and service driven environment where cross training and mutual support across functions is expected. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in benefits administration and be ready to quickly learn the organization's specific processes and systems.
